the staff really took care of us. they provided complimentary wine and natas upon our arrival, which i appreciated. the location was excellent, with a grocery store next door and a pharmacy nearby.

the dated bathroom could use an upgrade, especially regarding rust on some panels.

The hotel's location was definitely convenient. It's near the metro station and several attractions, i thought that was wonderful! Guest services provided Amazing help, even storing my luggage when i arrived early. Rita gave perfect directions and activity suggestions while i waited for my room. it was really helpful.

The rooftop bar felt a little overpriced compared to other options in the area. However that didn't ruin my stay at ALL.

The hotel is located next to Martin Moniz Park, That was a huge bonus! The Varanda Restaurant provides 270-degree views. I was in awe.

Staff members are courteous and efficient. Thomas at reception, Leo at the door, Miguel, and Monique in the rooftop restaurant provided really good kindness. I really appreciate this! I thought the guest services were amazing. I was very pleased.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection of options. i especially liked the fruits. the veranda offered a great view. the room was clean and spacious, a direct view of the castle was included.

the carpet in the hotel halls was poor and had lots of rolls where it had bunched up.
